With Pat's background and experience in marketing, business development and finance – it seemed appropriate to segue those skills into providing support to individuals who wanted to "live their dream"​ and move to Costa Rica. Traveling all around the country over several years and getting involved in the local communities has only served to enhance her experience as a Real Estate Agent and Tour Guide. Spending time to learn the value of the Costa Rican culture is now serving many international clients in finding just the right home, property and location that they are comfortable with. As a “Value Added” resource she obtained the CIPS certification in July 2017 and is a current member of Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She continues her education in Real Estate by attending several training courses a year with Keller-Williams and touring Costa Rica to discover new adventures for her clients.
